Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or similar.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a software Business Analyst role.
- Strong experience in Process modeling and prototyping.
- Experience with QA Processes and testing requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in business requirement gathering, validation and gaps identification.
- Experience working with User stories in an Agile environment.
- Good experience with various Business Analysis tools.
- Experience in JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Previous experience working on Government Projects will be considered an advantage.
- Good stakeholder management experience, facilitating workshops and ability to drive change.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
