Business Analyst

Key competencies –

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute an automation strategy, identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the P&C domain.
• Work closely with business units to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define automation project scopes.
• Evaluate and recommend automation technologies, tools, and platforms to meet business needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment. - Prioritize and manage several open issues at a time.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and create documentation for automated processes.
• Ensure that automation solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and internal standards.
• Effectively communicate the benefits, progress, and results of automation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
