Business Analyst Insurance Domain
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement within the insurance domain.
- Analyse existing systems processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Gather analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions.
- Develop business requirements functional specifications and user stories aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams Product Owners and development teams to drive project implementation.
- Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Develop communication plans training materials and workshops to support change adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops discussions and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize and refine user stories.
- Drive retrospectives feedback sessions and continuous Agile process improvements.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
- Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Insurance processes products and workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering business process analysis and process modelling.
- Strong experience in BRD FRD Functional Requirements and User Stories.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Product Owners Developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Change Management and Impact Assessment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical presentation and facilitation skills.
- Middle East/GCC Insurance experience is highly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to UAE is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications - CBAP / CSM / CSPO or similar certification.
- Experience working on large-scale insurance digital transformation projects.
- UAE / GCC / Middle East insurance experience.
- Preferred Tamil-speaking candidates
Qualifications :
- Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g. CBAP) or agile methodologies (e.g. CSM CSPO) are advantageous.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects in the insurance sector.
