Business Analyst - E-Commerce

Educational Qualifications: Typically a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Higher degrees such as a Master's in Business Administration or Computer Science may be preferred in some cases.

Understanding e-commerce: Deep knowledge and understanding of the basics and principles of e-commerce, including online selling methods, digital business models, and online purchasing processes.

Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and statistics related to online sales and customers, and use this information to make strategic decisions.

Knowledge of analysis tools and software: Ability to use data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and understand the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and content management systems (CMS).
