Business Analyst - Cards and Payments

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cards and Payments Merchant acquiring processes and value add services.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, perform feasibility assessment with coordination from Solution architects.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance etc. including Development and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Acquiring processes, including troubleshooting issues and implementing bug fixes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Payments Acquiring for POS and E-commerce merchants.
  

Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments Acquiring industry, with a focus on POS and E-commerce merchants.
• In-depth knowledge of Payments Acquiring processes and Switching technologies, including POS terminals, payment gateways, and payment processing networks.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Payments Acquiring, such as PCI DSS compliance and EMV standards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Devops and related tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
