Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Stakeholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements engaging with stakeholders analyzing business processes and translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical and cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have strong analytical communication documentation and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with business users management product teams developers and other stakeholders. Experience in the real estate industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze document and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/development teams.

Conduct stakeholder meetings interviews workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Understand business processes identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) user stories process flows and acceptance criteria.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.

Coordinate with product technology operations and other relevant teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends issues opportunities and areas for improvement.

Support solution design by providing business and functional insights.

Review proposed solutions to ensure they align with business requirements.

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenarios test cases validation and issue tracking.

Track requirements changes dependencies and project-related risks.

Support change management and communicate business/process changes to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare reports presentations process documentation and project updates for management.

Ensure requirements and project documentation are maintained accurately and up to date.

Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency customer experience and operational processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience creating BRDs FRDs user stories process flows and functional specifications.

Strong understanding of business processes and software development/project lifecycles.

Experience working closely with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience with UAT test scenarios acceptance criteria and defect tracking.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Visio Jira Confluence or similar business analysis/project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.

Experience working on real estate platforms property management systems CRM ERP or related business applications.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of process modelling and tools such as BPMN flowcharts and UML.

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Professional certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or equivalent are an advantage.
