Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following:
INVOICING monitoring of the process across all sites ensures timely and accurate monitoring of the process
SCORECARD COMPILATION & MONTHLY ANALYSIS Collection of source data, coordination of input justification, and creation of monthly Scorecard Analysis for distribution to Senior Management
GLOBAL DASHBOARD/ REPORTING Collaboration with Reporting resources to roll out a consistent Dashboard for all LOBs
POWER BI IMPLEMENTATION Continued roll out of Power BI across all sites and LOBs for more meaningful and standardize reporting and analysis
PRESENTATION STANDARDIZATION Providing consistency in how the Team presents information internally and to the client
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree, advanced degree desired. IT related, Software Engineer or Business graduate that requires critical thinking and numbers oriented, is preferable.
Minimum of 12 years of BPO experience
Ability to adjust working hours to work across the various time zones involved in this global business
Strong PC skills MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot table expert and power query), Visio, Publisher, MS Project) required. Microsoft Analysis Services and Reporting Services knowledge is preferable
Knowledge about Datawarehouse and/or Datamarts and /or ODS (operational Data Store) as well as ETL (Extract-transform-load) knowledge is also preferable.
Knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), is a plus
Six Sigma yellow belt certification is a plus
Proficient in the use of Power Bi technology
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (public speaking, interactions, presenting new views/concepts)
Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and the ability to interact at high levels
Pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks
Passport & international travel is required
Multi-lingual abilities is a plus
