- Oversee start of operations through all the phases of the Bus and ITS Contractors’ activities to verify that all the contractual requirements are fully met.
- Be responsible for the ongoing day to day delivery of passenger services in accordance with the KPI Regime and best market practices. Safety and excellence will be at the heart of all these services.
- Bus Operation Expert shall be responsible for start of the operations, station and depots including all the inspections that are required as per the agreed SOPs.
- The Bus Operation Expert will be leading the operations on a 24/7 basis for resolving incidents, accidents and emergencies that may occur on the Bus Project.
- He will be leading the development of the operations and maintenance manual.
