Budget Administrator and Controller - Saudi National

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Budget drafting for corporate and projects
  
• Assisting in formulating, analyzing and verifying the draft budget
  
• Budget control and tracking cost Assist in monitoring the approved budget on a continuous basis and generating reports
  
• Assign cost codes and budget lines to ensure cost tracking
  
• Reconciliations of committed and paid costs both for corporate and
  
• Work alongside the production department for budget alignment and control, collecting all necessary information
  
• Preparing budget forecast and ensuring its consistency with planned procurement and operational decisions
  
• Assess financial and budget results and prepare related reports
  
• Liaise with finance department for payment processes and approvals and invoices process
  
• Any other related task assigned by the line manager

Requirements

• Saudi National
  
• At least 4 years of experience in the field
  
• Experience in the events field will be preferred
