- Flawless execution of marketing initiatives within MU Plan & execute the brand’s marketing calendar in full, working with cross-functional team to deliver excellent in market brand execution. Manage the brand’s A&M budget. Work with agencies to deliver brand research, activations, including sampling & promotion plans. Translate local knowledge to engaging brand activations. Work on localizing launches & activations, including ad copies, POSM, & packaging. Align field operations to the marketing calendar and provide the needed support. Communicate initiatives to sales force and support them. Align activities with stakeholders, including sales team, regional teams, & legal team.
