Operate the day-to-day operations of the branch by developing a sophisticated and motivated sales and service culture to ensure that all financial and non-financial objectives are achieved in accordance with the bank’s objectives and required standards.
Responsibilities
Planning and Reporting: Prepare branch sales plan, distribute staff targets, monitor, track and analyze sales report, branch performance and go to customers to achieve assigned financial targets
Sales and Service Support: Lead and motivate branch team members to perform all sales and service related activities for existing customers and visitors to the branch. Ensure that all customer inquiries and service requests are processed and delivered within the specified time for the agreed service level; Identifying opportunities to obtain new customers and opportunities for actual sales growth
Customer Support: Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of branch workflow in relation to internal and external customer expectations, service levels, wait times and transition times for service requests
Continuous Improvement: Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to defining and implementing change initiatives, programs and projects in accordance with the Bank’s standards
Financial: Monitor financial performance so that the business is aware of expected costs and revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance and identify and address improvement opportunities to ensure the budget is managed in accordance with requirements
Policies, Procedures, Systems and Procedures: Implement approved department policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance to ensure that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
People Management: Manage self and team in accordance with people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure commitment and maximize contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and the work plan is implemented in accordance with the required policies, procedures and systems
Customer Service: Embodying our promise and applying ADCB service standards to deliver the levels of service required of the bank in all internal and external interactions with customers
