Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
• Order and replenish stock as necessary.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and displays are visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
• Handle boutique administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors' offerings
