Process of bookings – standard, hazardous, out of gauge, FOB and SOC bookings.
.
Check vessel space and allocation availability.
.
Coordinate haulage / equipment with ILS Departments.
.
Check correct cut off, departure and doc closure dates.
.
Request IMDG approval to SSC/DCO as per standard procedure.
.
Request OOG approval to the line as per standard procedure.
.
Request LOI required for bookings from customers (OFAC).
