Job Description

- Generate alignment models, rail, and track slab models.
- Generate layouts, profiles, and cross sections from 3D BIM models for entire trackform works scope.
- Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and project workflows criteria and quality assurance checklist.
- Work with BIM coordinator and BIM models to prepare submission packages and perform model clean up, QA/QC and synchronize models on regular to the cloud collaboration platform.
- Report regularly to Principal BIM Modeler / BIM Manager on the progress of work.
- Ensure all exported information is executed in the correct format and structure.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design-changes and model changes.
- Adhere to the BEP and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Export NWC/IFC and other formats for collaboration internally and externally
- Working independently as well as with a team.
- Liaison with lead business and other team members for preparation of design models / drawings.
- Any knowledge in Design Automation is an added advantage.
