- Research and identify potential target customers; generate leads and pursue using Tetris and/or JLL relationships, as appropriate.
- Follow up (swiftly) and convert sales opportunities.
- Call/meet potential clients building new relationships; nurture historic client relationships for additional opportunities
- Establish customer needs and educate how Tetris (and JLL) can assist accordingly; some clients buy ‘solutions' wider than Tetris services (e.g. Workplace)
- Developing the client brief through client interview, data collection and building appraisal.
