Batcher (ReadyMix Concrete)

Our esteemed client a front runner in the construction materials sector specializing in building materials is currently seeking a skilled Batcher for ReadyMix Concrete. Your primary duties include ensuring accurate batching of materials adherence to quality standards and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately batch concrete based on specific customer orders.

Pay close attention to product codes mix design and additional services.

Check and verify details on concrete delivery orders (DO) with mixed design; report any discrepancies to Plant Supervisor.

Precisely input incoming materials into the system in coordination with Materials Controller

Select admixtures and cement according to mix design with assistance from plant helpers.

Ensure plant readiness for operations.

Collaborate closely with the plant supervisor to ensure timely deliveries.

Communicate with the Global Service Centre (GSC) or IT in case of batchingrelated issues.

Work closely with mixer drivers to resolve problems as they arise.

Unload cementation materials into assigned silos.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Completion of 102 academic qualifications. Strong logical thinking skills required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ReadyMix Concrete.

Computer skills are a must.

Familiarity with batch plant operations.

Understanding of concrete products materials and production processes

Basic knowledge of safety protocols

Proficiency in English (mandatory)

Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu (optional)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Duration: One year (renewable)
