About the role The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network. The firm is looking at growing their Corporate practice in the UAE

. The role involves working on a general banking related work. A familiarity with a wide range of finance and security documentation typically entered into across structured finance and, in particular, project financed transactions, including LMA form of documentation, as well as a wider understanding of project structures and project documentation typically entered into in power and infrastructure projects especially in the Middle East region.
