- Provide legal advice on contract management and legal matters as they arise (including regulatory and local law issues) during the development phases of a project and its execution including variation orders, force majeure, performance default, delays and warranty claims,
- Provide legal support and guidance to the project manager, contract manager and regional management teams regarding the interpretation and implementation of the commercial contracts in case of dispute,
- Provide legal support and guidance to internal departments (HR, finance, procurement, sales, BD…) regarding the interpretation and implementation of the local law,
