Job Description

- Dive into many different areas of the system to diagnose performance issues
- Propose solutions to improve performance at different levels, for example architecture, data modeling, SQL query structure, database indices, network, CDN etc
- Implement solutions to improve backend performance
- Work with other backend teams to implement widespread changes
- Promote best practices of building performant backend to the whole engineering org
