Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand their audio-visual needs and provide recommendations on equipment and setup.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including installation and connection of equipment.
Ensure all audio visual equipment is properly maintained and stored, including regular cleaning and inspection for any damage or wear.
Stay up to date on the latest audio visual technologies and trends, and make recommendations on upgrades or replacement of equipment as needed.
Coordinate with other technicians and support team to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
Providing technical support and training to customers and users of audio-visual equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating audiovisual equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, repair, and maintenance.
Assist in setting up and dismantling audio visual equipment in various locations as needed.
Required profile of candidates
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional technical training or accredited certifications preferred.
Qualifications: Proven experience working with audiovisual equipment and systems, with a strong understanding of audiovisual principles and best practices.
Industry Work Experience: Experience in event production, audio-visual rental, or related field preferred.
Years of work experience: More than 2 years of work experience as an audio-visual master.
Nationality Preference: There are no specific sexual preferences.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, with additional language skills desirable.
Technical and Hard Skills: Proficiency in operating and problem solving a wide range of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, displays and lighting.
