Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Service Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UK automotive industry to lead our operations at EBC Express Auto Services LLC in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of services.

- Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Implement and maintain high-quality standards for vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

- Monitor job cards, workshop productivity, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency.

- Drive team collaboration to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and retention.

- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive experience in the UK.

- Proven track record in workshop management and leading service teams.

- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs, particularly with European vehicles.

- Experience in managing service advisors, technicians, job cards, and workshop productivity.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Automotive Service Management or related field is a plus.
