• Receiving customers, taking data and required maintenance work. • Initial vehicle inspection and verification of malfunctions and customer complaints. • Open a maintenance work card for the system and write down the proposed work, obtaining the client’s approval. • Follow up with the maintenance control to know the volume of maintenance work and the extent of completion. • The link between customers and the maintenance department. • Coordinating with customers in the event of other repairs and determining the completion date for maintenance work. • Follow up on post-maintenance service and contact customers. • Preparing monthly maintenance reports for all types of maintenance. • Deliver the car to the customer after ensuring that the amounts owed are paid.
