Receptionisnt:
Oversees the operation of the service reception area, including the activities of service advisors, ensuring efficient functioning.
Monitors and tracks action plans, facilitating their execution.
Coordinates Dealer Process Review in the Service Reception.
Manages vehicle admission and supports service advisors with customer interactions as needed.
Tracks the business generated by each Service Advisor and reports monthly to the Service Manager.
Enforces frontline discipline, including adherence to uniform standards and professionalism.
