The project

The family is looking for a Personal Assistant, who is able to start working ASAP, under a permanent contract with 3 months of

Ideally, the client is looking for someone, who is very familiar to work with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families ;

In order to apply for this position, you must take a LIVE IN position, the client will accommodate only you, but not your family, you will share the accommodation with other female candidates, who are currently living ;

For this position, you will be in charge of:

• Assisting the client while he is This position is not an inactive Personal Assistant position, as you do not stay in the office, but you will need to travel when
• Taking care of the flight tickets
• Taking care of the luggages
• Arranging for business breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Taking care of the hotel rooms
• Preparing for the client's business meetings
• Assisting the client when he needs to do shopping
• Booking/making reservations for restaurants

Desired profile

If you are the kind of person, who is:

• coming from/ has been working in Hospitality field
• having Butler experience in a gourmet restaurant, in a private villa or on yacht
• comfortable in working with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families
• a strong multi-tasker
• very detail orientated and have extensive knowledge of service and caring for luxury materials
• very confident in serving food, wine and champagne
• calm, pleasant and discreet
• punctual and well presented, and have good communication skills
• having knowledge in all kind of services
• very organized
• making a great importance to respect with hygiene and safety procedures and rules
• working efficiently under operational pressure
• fluent in English and French
• having a positive attitude and you are a smiling person
• having a strong sense of service
• very flexible, dynamic, multitasker
• hardworking and always available

Salary: to be defined depending on profiles (salary could be paid in UAD which would be the equivalent of the amount in euros).

Type contract: permanent contract

Package : The family will provide you with the shared accommodation, as there are other female candidates, who are living there, they will also take care of flying you in Dubai, they will cover your travel expenses and they will take care of your working visa
