Audit Executive

 Auditing all physical inventories of showrooms/kiosks, reconciling system data (Both POS & Bamboo) with the

physical counts taken and reporting on errors found.

 Verifying and ensuring compliance of store appearance and product presentation to company standards.

 Initiating direct communication with retail stores/supervisors with regards to pricing/discounts/invoicing

errors, etc.

 Tracking and updating the transfer of products and its retail & wholesale prices from the distribution

center to the retail stores and Delivery Orders rates approvals daily.

 Implementing and controlling the Gift Voucher, Loyalty, other Promotions in Retail.

 Showroom Wholesale file preparation and updation.

 POS testing and debugging in coordination with IT Team.

 Assisting accounts team with Sales Invoices updation with regards to QR and stock issues.
