Job Title: Assistant Design Manager

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.

Proven experience in technical design management within the interior fitout sector preferably in

Dubai or the UAE.

Indepth knowledge of interior fitout design principles materials and construction methods.

Strong understanding of local building regulations codes and industry standards.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit 3D modeling tools and rendering software.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and clients.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certification is a plus
