1- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
2- The applicant must be medically fit.
3- The applicant must have obtained all academic degrees through full regular study and residence in the country of study - and it must not be through affiliation, correspondence, distance learning, or combined education or the like, and the applicant must attach evidence of his scholarship or sending him to study if he obtains any of the academic qualifications, which is On the job.4- The academic certificates must be from recognized universities and the academic qualifications issued outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be equivalent to the Ministry of Education.

6- The applicant’s grade should not be less than very good at all levels (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate).
7- That the academic promotions obtained by the applicant have taken place in recognized universities, and that he has maintained there throughout his specialization.
8- The age must not exceed 30 years for those with a bachelor’s degree or 35 for those with a master’s degree for applicants for the position of teaching assistant (the Hijri date at the time of submitting the application is taken into account).
9- The age must not exceed 45 years for applicants for the rank of Assistant Professor (the Hijri date at the time of submitting the application is taken into account).
10- The applicant must meet the special conditions set forth for each position, and the controls for appointing faculty members and the like approved by the University Council.
11- The applicant must have completed at least half of the internship training period for the specializations required by him at the time of submitting the application, provided that he completes the training period before the appointment decision is issued.
12- He must have obtained the required score in the English language tests and standard and professional tests according to the attached table.
13- The applicant must pass the personal interview conducted by the relevant committees.
14- Limit the application to one job and complete all required documents on the electronic employment system during the application period. Applications in which this is not achieved or in which any of the data is proven to be incorrect will be excluded.
15- Those who hold a master’s degree have the right to apply for teaching assistant positions and, if accepted, do not have the right to demand promotion to a higher rank except after obtaining a doctorate degree.
16- The final approval of the appointment is subject to the regulations received by the university from the Ministry of Education and the University Affairs Council related to the restructuring of the university’s departments, colleges, and specializations.
17- Valid documents must be submitted proving obtaining professional classifications and passing the approved standard tests according to the table detailed above.
