Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Lead your team through continual demonstration of accountability and ownership. This includes all facets of store operations, front-of-the-house, and heart-of-the-house, in addition to managing P&L, marketing, sales projections, and analysis. We believe in developing the team to deliver a "beyond expectations" experience to our guests.
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of previous restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of store operations, and management principles, including scheduling, cost control, continuous improvement, and inventory control policies
- Must have intermediate-level computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office)
- Must have restaurant food preparation skills
- Must be up to date on food safety and health codes
- Must have the following traits: initiative, creativity, problem-solving, ability to delegate, accountability, great attitude, open to change, willingness to learn, adaptable
- Customer-focused with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have extensive working knowledge in customer relations and local store marketing
Restaurant Assistant Manager Compensation:
- A compensation range of $50,000 to $60,000 based on an hourly rate of $20 to $24 per hour with an average 45-hour workweek
- Achievable Bonus paid quarterly
