- Participate in the work of the Medical Education Center to support and foster innovation in the curricula at the College of Medicine.
- Participate in teaching and student's supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate Health Profession Education courses and programs.
- Achieving excellence in research through publishing in high impact, peer reviewed publications in health profession education.
- Development and implement Faculty Development Programs.
