- Providing administrative support to executive management such as scheduling meetings and the preparation of the meeting room. Processing incoming mail answering calls and redirect them or keep messages. Filling scanning copying faxing and printing documents for administrative purposes. Coordinate paperwork and information flow in office. Resolve customer service calls and requests. Greet and welcome guests. Check sort and forward email. Monitor office suppliers and place orders when necessary. Keep update record and files. Drafting letters memos and other correspondence for executives or clients. Interfacing with clients and other individuals in person or over the phone to provide information about policies procedures and services. Attend meetings and collect minute of meetings.
- Proven customer support experience. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products. Highly responsible & reliable. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) second language an asset.
