Key Responsibilities:
- Create and gain approval for a strategic plan using relevant data and benchmarking
- Direct the annual strategic and business planning process, ensuring high-quality inputs
- Develop a framework to measure and evaluate long-term strategy success
- Monitor and evaluate progress on business plans and projects
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress and report regularly on strategic objectives
- Oversee markets oversight and regulation of financial services entities
- Manage international relations with regulators, and government institutions
- Develop and maintain the Risk Framework
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field. MBA is advantageous
- Minimum 10 years of corporate strategy or management consulting experience, with financial services regulatory exposure
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good problem-solver and is able to identify new opportunities or risks
