Position Key Responsibilities
Training Planning and Delivery
• Assist in planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Assist in developing schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Prepare classroom for class activities.
• Assist in the selection and/or developing teaching aids such as training manual, training handbooks and materials, demonstration models, visual aids, and computer tutorials.
• Assist in providing a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
• Help in identifying and selection of different instructional resources and methods to meet trainees varying needs.
