Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager in the Perfume Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales a passion for the perfume industry and excellent leadership skills. The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth managing a team of sales representatives and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team motivating them to reach their individual and team goals.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance discuss strategies and address challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs preferences and market trends.
Resolve any client issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on product performance and market demands.
Team Development:
Recruit train and develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports for management highlighting achievements challenges and future projections.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities leads and customer interactions.
Promotional Activities:
Plan and execute promotional events product launches and sales campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and sales collateral.
Budget Management:
Assist in the development and management of the sales budget.
Monitor expenses and ensure costeffectiveness in all sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of the perfume industry and market trends.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as needed.
