Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly opportunity reviews strategizing to advance sales opportunities towards closure across various stages.
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline identifying growth opportunities and maintaining a balanced flow across different stages.
Utilize Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics uncover trends and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure efficient lead generation and appointment setting for field sales reps.
Review and enhance sales presentations crafted by the field sales team ensuring clarity conciseness and effectiveness.
Support the Sales Director with various salesrelated tasks as required.
Oversee marketing activities aligned with sales goals to ensure effectiveness and alignment.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Preferred: Master s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the software industry.
Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and work independently.
Strong work ethic and a resultsoriented mindset.
Experience in modeling or simulation software sales is advantageous.
