Two years of prior commercial real estate experience required.

Must possess a team-oriented, winning attitude.

Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication is required in addition to strong planning and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
.
Assist in the supervision and coordination of the property operations.
.
Assist in interviewing administrative personnel and assist with the performance review process.
.
Conduct routine property inspections to prevent and/or identify maintenance repairs.
.
Make sure that the office is covered at all times to allow the Property Manager time to interact more with the tenants and their immediate building needs.
.
Cover the Property Administrator duties in their absence to ensure the tenant and business needs are met.
.
Oversee work order system to ensure tenant and maintenance needs are being met. Generate tenant work orders when needed.
.
Handle special janitorial requests and review every morning with janitorial supervisors.
.
Review all security reports daily to determine any incidents during security hours and follow up.
.
Oversee, organize, and maintain the lease folders, construction files, and vendor files.
.
Code vendor invoices, enter invoices into the property management accounts payable program.
