The Restaurant Manager is a position established in J&TJ’s Moneyball structure as part of the professionalization of the Franchise area. A Bar Managers responsibility lies within the 4-Walls, being exclusively focused on the operation using 4-wall leadership including but not limited to SOP’s of J&TJ, Shift Planning, Stock Handling and Task Delegation.
During the training period in Campus, the Restaurant Manager will be trained first and foremost in how J&TJ operate BTC with concentrated focus on BTC procedures. BTC procedures is crucial for the Bar Manager to be able to Lead By Example using a 4-Wall Leadership mindset.
Secondly the Restaurant Manager will be trained in Restaurant Manager related modules on E-Campus, ensuring that they know and understand the level and all related training material, ensuring that the Restaurant Manager will after ended training be able to live up to the following expectations.
