- Develop and maintain benchmarking processes to assess the company's product performance against industry standards and peers, through collaboration with engineering teams.
- Work with co-founders to understand business objectives, and tailor analyses to meet specific needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors within the industry, including financial performance, market share, product offerings, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting for both technical and non-technical audiences.
