Location - Mumbai
Experience - 5-8 years
Must have - Experience in digital lending , familiar with STP process
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage central operations for life cycle repayment & servicing management of the loans.
Design, deploy and monitor processes, infrastructure management.
Exceed service standards in area of fulfilment and benchmark to set standards in area of service delivery.
Monitoring TAT and quality through checks and balances. Drive regulations around the digital business within Operations vertical from regulatory perspective.
Drive the needed IT and Non-IT developments around the Digital Business.
Monitoring adherence to regulatory framework. Internal & External audit management.
Present monthly deck risk on key performance and risk indicators to management.
