Job Description
Experience:
Previous experience in cooking and pastry preparation. This experience could be as an assistant pastry chef or in different kitchens.
Pastry knowledge:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of different types of pastries and desserts, including cakes, croissants, tarts, cupcakes, and other desserts.
Culinary skills:
Excellent culinary skills and understanding of pastry preparation processes including dough preparation, proofing and baking.
creativity:
The ability to participate in developing, creating, and creating new recipes and presenting them in an attractive and inspiring way.
Teamwork skills:
Ability to work effectively within a pastry kitchen team and coordinate with colleagues and chefs.
