What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, or related field
- At least one year of working experience as a Assistant Outlet Manager in similar operation
- Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages preferred
- Leadership skills
- Ability to think calmly under pressure
- Supervise functions
- Supervise outlet service
- Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
- Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
- Control stock and monitor security procedures.
- Assist with menu and wine list creation.
- High level of energy and drive to achieve operational and business goal
