Assistant mechanic

1. Good working knowledge and implementation of following things as mentioned below in actual work/assigned project works.

2. Read and understand operation and maintenance manuals, drawings of the entire process, follow supervisor's instructions and do their work accordingly.

3. Identify the parts of the entire operational system and related equipment.

4. Good knowledge and should be able to prepare spare parts list individually as per job requirements.

5. He must have addressed problems in the previous project.

6. Good knowledge in reassembly of engine, gear box, hydraulic pack unit, hydraulic cylinders, winch, drive, differentials, brake system, fuel pumps, light and heavy vehicles, etc.

7. Good knowledge in gearbox alignment, differentials alignment, engine mounting alignment, rope alignment, etc.

8. Adjust valve timing.

9. Must be able to prepare daily reports as per management requirements (POF).
