- 6+ years’ experience managing groups of outlets for a leading coffee or casual dining brand in the UAE or the other GCC countries
- Experience of managing:
- o Outlet teams
- o Cloud kitchen relationships
- o Supply chain including planning, ordering, collection, delivery, receiving
- Ability to coach and develop junior members of staff in customer service and selling
- Strong attention to detail skill
- Ability to work under pressure with strong time-management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient, multi-seniority communicator
- Passion for food and beverage
- Experience of writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- New outlet opening experience
- UAE driving licence - own car required
