Assistant Manager - Business System Analysis and Pricing

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Acts to bridge the gap between IT and business teams. Understanding the organization's business projects and solutions. Develop initiatives and pricing strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting.

Pricing

• Responsible for mapping end to end business requirements in ERP system.
• Responsible for mapping all business requirement in WEBSHOP.
• Responsible for bringing all entities under one platform/ERP.
• Responsible for recruiting and train team members and bring them on board.
• Responsible for implementing POS software in Retail outlets in all entities.
• To identify and implement S&OP module.
• To identify and implement Fleet Management Software.
• Responsible for defining pricing structure.
• Responsible for MIS reports.

Business System Analysis:

• Responsible for tracking, managing, and reporting on the progress of the Odoo requirements
• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges in Odoo
• Training end-users and sorting out the end user's day-to-day queries.
• Coordinating with In-house/third-party developers, Testing the requested changes before giving solutions to the team.
• Periodic updates to the Management on the issues and their resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have 5-7 years of experience in a similar profile.
• Nationality Preference: Indians
• Excellent in MS Office with knowledge of advanced MS Excel.
• Preferred if candidate is from Tyres/ automotive industry
