Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Assistant JAT Supervisor to support and oversee daily agricultural operations of our client in Abu Dhabi UAE.
Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural activities including:
- Planting
- Pruning
- Grafting
- Irrigation
- Harvesting
Support the supervisor in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor crop maintenance and assist in maintaining healthy and productive crops.
Ensure agricultural activities are carried out in accordance with established safety quality and operational procedures.
Assist in coordinating farm workers and daily tasks as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in agriculture farming horticulture or crop production
Knowledge of planting pruning grafting irrigation and harvesting techniques
Ability to supervise and coordinate daily agricultural activities
Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures
Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor farm environment
Benefits
