Ensure efficient and smooth check-in and check-out procedures
Process guest requests, inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Training and supervision of front desk staff
Assist in developing and implementing front desk policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Manage and distribute room reservations
Assist with financial management, including budget planning and forecasting
Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in front desk operations
Certification in hotel management or related field preferred
Experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge in hotel operations and systems
Excellent communication and communications skills
