Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Foreman or Assistant Foreman in an industrial setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Knowledge of industrial quality assurance processes and procedures is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
