Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Dubai UAE
Industry: 4-Star Hotel
Package: AED 6000 basic salary per month plus service charge

We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a4-star hotel in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting along with the ability to develop the business improve performance and lead the F&B team.

• Support the development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
• Identify ways to increase revenue attract new guests and improve business performance.
• Drive the growth of bar and banqueting operations.
• Plan and promote events offers and other revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor F&B sales costs budgets stock and wastage and take action to improve results.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Lead motivate and develop the F&B team.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
• Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.
• Support the F&B Manager with operational planning reporting and team performance.

• Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
• A commercial approach with the ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve performance.
• Good understanding of F&B costs budgeting stock control and sales performance.
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
