Assistant Executive Housekeeper

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and directing the housekeeping team
• Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Oversee and conduct regular inspections to identify any areas that require attention or improvement
• Train, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Manage and monitor the inventory of supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective communication and collaboration
• Assist with budgeting and financial management of the housekeeping department
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and industry standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
