Assistant Chief Engineer

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five star hotels, who will have a reputation of being a trusted and a collaborative partner of the business. He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Should be able to manage maintenance operations of entire Resort facility, including guest rooms, building structure, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, power plant, sewage treatment plant and energy conservation standards and programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them in proper working order and appearance. Coordinate all renovation, expansion, and special projects.
