Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Manager. In this role you will support our Account Managers in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Account Managers in managing and servicing client accounts
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries
Prepare and analyze reports for clients including risk assessments and insurance coverage summaries
Process policy changes and endorsements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in the company database
Support the new business process by preparing proposals and presentations
Stay uptodate on industry trends and regulations to provide proactive solutions to clients
Assist in the renewal process by preparing renewal submissions and negotiating with insurance carriers
Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by the Account Manager

Requirements:

Previous experience in account management or client services preferred
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of insurance industry and risk management concepts is a plus
